“贵州新升本高校”教师幸福感和职业倦怠特点研究   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
为了探明"贵州新升本高校"教师幸福感和职业倦怠的特点与关系,对475名高校教师进行了问卷测试,收回有效问卷433份。结果表明,情感和行为控制因子存在性别差异;随着教龄增加,工作热情有所提高;助教的倦怠水平较高,且随职称升高幸福感水平提高;教师的职业倦怠与幸福感呈极其显著的负相关。  相似文献

大卫.休谟作为极端的经验论者,认为因果联系和归纳推理既不是唯理论所谓的不证自明,也不是从经验中获得,而是习惯性联想的产物,这就是历史上著名的"休谟问题"。休谟对因果推理的合理怀疑动摇了西方科学知识的理论基础,为了维护科学知识的权威和建立自己的批判哲学体系,康德以先天综合判断如何可能来回应"休谟问题"。尽管康德对"休谟问题"的解决必定会存在不足,但其对"休谟问题"独特的解决方式及在推动西方认识论发展,特别是关于主体能动性思想发展方面还是起着十分重要的作用的。  相似文献

Innovation should improve people's lives. The links made between innovation and subjective wellbeing (SWB) have, however, rarely been made. We use a representative survey of the British population and new primary data to explore the relationship between innovation and SWB. We show that creativity and SWB are correlated. This applies to questions related to self-reported creativity and for working in creative environments. More research is needed to determine the relative effects of each direction of causality in the relationship between innovation and SWB in the workplace and in life generally.  相似文献

为探索中学生参加体育锻炼的情况和主观幸福感的关系,采用体育锻炼量表、主观幸福感量表对中学生进行问卷调查,用T检验、方差、相关性分析中学生参加体育锻炼与主观幸福感的关系。结果表明,中学生主观幸福感在性别、家庭所在地和父母婚姻状况等方面存在着差异性;体育锻炼不同等级对中学生主观幸福感各个维度除在生活满意度上不存在显著性差异外,在其余四个维度上均存在高度显著性差异;中学生参加体育锻炼有利于主观幸福感的提高。  相似文献

中国书籍装帧行业快速发展的同时,也存在着的"过度设计"问题.文章阐述了书籍装帧中"过度设计"的概念、危害和体现;继而分析了导致书籍装帧中"过度设计"成因--设计师主观表现,并也提出了建设性意见:设计师做好与书内容的沟通工作;树立服务于读者和人性化设计的思想;设计师逐步提高自身的艺术品味和修养.倡导一种"朴素的中和之美",并将这一传统文化思想贯穿入书籍装帧设计中,即顺物自然,反对过多的雕凿和修饰.  相似文献

Virtual reality (VR) tourism provides consumers with the opportunity to experience a destination in VR and can play a significant role in encouraging visitation and engaging in particular travel activities and behaviors. Hedonic motivation adoption frameworks with flow state and subjective well-being have been shown to have significant roles in continued use of information technology. However, research on a theoretically integrated hedonic motivation system adoption model (HMSAM) specifically with enjoyment, flow state, subjective well-being, and continued use has not previously been conducted with respect to VR tourism. To address this gap, this study develops and investigates a conceptually comprehensive model on the effect of consumers’ hedonic behaviors on continued use, with the moderating role of visitor or non-visitor at the destination portrayed in VR tourism. Results identified the highly significant effect of consumers’ perceived enjoyment on flow state and of flow state on subjective well-being. Continued use was greatly influenced by flow state and subjective well-being. Importantly for destinations association between usefulness and flow state had a significant moderating effect depending on whether a visitor or non-visitor. The findings offer new knowledge to researchers and industry in the VR tourism fields.  相似文献

Home advantage in team games is well proven and the influence of the crowd upon officials' decisions has been identified as a plausible cause. The aim of this study was to assess the significance of home advantage for five event groups selected from the Summer Olympic Games between 1896 and 1996, and put home advantage in team games in context with other sports. The five event groups were athletics and weightlifting (predominantly objectively judged), boxing and gymnastics (predominantly subjectively judged) and team games (involving subjective decisions). The proportion of points won was analysed as a binomial response variable using generalized linear interactive modelling. Preliminary exploration of the data highlighted the need to control for the proportion of competitors entered and to split the analysis pre- and post-war. Highly significant home advantage was found in event groups that were either subjectively judged or rely on subjective decisions. In contrast, little or no home advantage (and even away advantage) was observed for the two objectively judged groups. Officiating system was vital to both the existence and extent of home advantage. Our findings suggest that crowd noise has a greater influence upon officials' decisions than players' performances, as events with greater officiating input enjoyed significantly greater home advantage.  相似文献
